The owners, Dave and Jeff Carstairs, have developed an outstanding reputation and workforce offering acquisition lifecycle and engineering support services. We provide management, analytical, and technical support services to public and private sectors.
Dave Carstairs, a retired member of the Senior Executive Service (SES), has over 40 years of systems acquisition experience. He is an electrical engineer with technical know-how that has served on hundreds of program acquisition plans and source selections, resulting in immediate knowledge of the process and no time delay.
Jeff Carstairs has over 18 years of DoD experience in program management, finance, contracts management, facility security operations, cyber security, business operations, and interface to United States Government Personnel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and master’s degree in Cyber Security.
